Re-release: Fisherman’s Wharf

Fisherman’s Wharf was born out of my love for the coast. I grew up in Michigan, fairly close to the shore of lake Michigan. All year round I’d visit the lakeshore and enjoy the beautiful waves cresting, boats sailing and lighthouses beckoning to passing ships. For this collection I wanted to convey that cool feeling of late summer when things aren’t balmy but they are slightly cool and breezy. Another collection that honors my summer on Nantucket. Siasconset – or ‘Sconset – is a small village on the east side of Nantucket Island that is just so quaint and beautiful. Almost every home on Nantucket is shingled and weathered to a gray color with white trim.
