Sorry to bother you about a kink that My Memories has. Because another artist named the above blog train freebie the exact same name, My Memories will not let me add your Kit to my cart saying I have purchased this already, even though I have not. I can’t put yours into the cart!

That’s really weird because I was under the impression that our links don’t go by names, but by codes. We can all name them the same that way. I’m not sure what is going on. I don’t have your email. So I can’t really do much. I can’t rename my item because then I have to erase the current link. Plus, I don’t think that is is the issue…no one else has had it. I wrote Carly though to see if she had any ideas.

Just tried again. It won’t let me put it in the cart. I had a very similar issue with Snickerdoodles item. I am very frustrated!
