Fisherman’s Wharf was born out of my love for the coast. I grew up in Michigan, fairly close to the shore of lake Michigan. All year round I’d visit the lakeshore and enjoy the beautiful waves cresting, boats sailing and lighthouses beckoning to passing ships. For this collection I wanted to convey that cool feeling of late summer when things aren’t balmy but they are slightly cool and breezy. I have spent significant time in other coastal towns and based this kit – again – on the beautiful Straight Wharf in Nantucket, the Sponge Docks of Tarpon Springs and the windswept docks of Newport Beach, Oregon. I hope you all enjoy!
